As you might of heard the new iphone software 3.0 was made available for download yesterday. After getting home I decided to upgrade my phone before riding last night, since it was somewhat hot it seemed like a good idea at the time. It took about 40 minutes to download and install the new os on my phone. I was good to go i had copy and paste installed yey. Not that much upgrades on new version of software. Off I went for little spin, and since I was alone I figured hey why not listen to some tunes. I busted it the i-phone plugged some band of horses and off I went. It was good time for most part until the songs started to skip after only playing for about 10 second. I’m not into mashing songs so it was confusing really confusing and I really didn’t know what the hell was going on, thank god for Pandora and arcade fire station, that was close.
Then when I got home I finally figured it out. One of the new software features is shake to shuffle. I guess i must of been shaking my booty pretty well. In short when doing physical activities with new software make sure you do not have this enabled. Good ride otherwise
I was wondering about this shake to shuffle feature, as well. It looks like the shake only works when using the shuffle mode. If you’re listening to albums normally, it’s not an issue.
Coincidentally, I added an Arcade Fire station to my Pandora stations last week, too.
